By using goodwrist.com and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. ABOUT GOOD WRIST

Good Wrist is an independent online marketplace for buying and selling authentic watches in Nepal. Good Wrist is not an authorized dealer, retailer, or representative of any watch brand. All brand names mentioned on this platform are used for identification purposes only. Good Wrist is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any watch manufacturer or brand.

2. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

Good Wrist operates as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. While we make every reasonable effort to verify the authenticity and condition of every watch listed, Good Wrist cannot be held liable for sophisticated counterfeits that pass professional inspection. Every watch is inspected and verified by Royal Timepieces before listing. Royal Timepieces is the sole and final authority on all authenticity and condition disputes.

3. BUYER TERMS

3.1 Binding Commitment By placing an order on goodwrist.com, you enter into a binding commitment to receive and pay for the watch upon delivery. Placing an order and subsequently refusing delivery, failing to receive the package, or failing to make payment upon delivery constitutes a breach of these terms. Good Wrist reserves the right to recover delivery costs from buyers who breach this commitment and to restrict their access to the platform.

3.2 Order Confirmation All orders are subject to confirmation by Good Wrist before dispatch. Good Wrist reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch for any reason, including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or failed buyer verification. You will be notified before dispatch.

3.3 Cancellation Before Dispatch Buyers may cancel an order only before the watch has been dispatched by contacting hi@goodwrist.com. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible and the buyer must follow the refund process outlined in Section 5.

3.4 Cash on Delivery Payment is due upon delivery for all standard orders. By placing a standard order, you agree to make full payment to the delivery rider upon receiving the package. Non-payment upon delivery is a breach of these terms.

3.5 Preorder Payment All preorder items require full payment upfront at the time of order confirmation. Preorders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and payment has been received. If Good Wrist is unable to fulfill a confirmed preorder, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.

3.6 Gifted Purchases The 24-hour buyer protection window applies to the buyer who placed the order and is not transferable. Gifting a watch to a third party does not extend or transfer the buyer protection window. All sales are final from the buyer's perspective once the 24-hour window has passed.

3.7 Repeat Returns Good Wrist reserves the right to refuse service to any buyer with a pattern of repeated returns or refund requests at our sole discretion.

4. DELIVERY TERMS

4.1 Delivery Confirmation The 24-hour buyer protection window begins at the moment the delivery rider marks the order as delivered. This timestamp is the official record of delivery and the starting point of the inspection window.

4.2 Delivery Coverage Good Wrist delivers across Nepal. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier availability. Good Wrist is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, customs, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4.3 Packaging Good Wrist takes reasonable care in packaging all orders. Any damage caused during transit must be reported through the official refund process within the 24-hour window with photographic and video evidence.

4.4 Failed Delivery If a delivery attempt fails due to the buyer being unreachable or refusing to receive the package, the buyer bears all costs associated with the failed delivery including return shipping. Good Wrist reserves the right to restrict the buyer's access to the platform following a failed delivery.

5. 24-HOUR BUYER PROTECTION & REFUND POLICY

5.1 What the 24-Hour Protection Covers Every standard purchase on Good Wrist comes with a 24-hour inspection window. Within 24 hours of confirmed delivery, you may submit a refund request if:

  • The watch does not match the listing description or photographs

  • The watch has an undisclosed defect or damage

  • There is a legitimate concern about the authenticity of the watch

5.2 What the 24-Hour Protection Does Not Cover The following are not valid grounds for a refund:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal style preference

  • Size or fit preference

  • Strap or bracelet fit

  • Third party opinions including family members, friends, or independent watchmakers

  • Minor wear consistent with the listed condition grade

  • Cosmetic details already disclosed in the listing description or photographs

5.3 Condition Assessment Watch condition is assessed based on the description and photographs provided in the listing. By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges that they have reviewed all available listing information including description and photographs. Royal Timepieces is the sole and final authority on all condition and authenticity disputes.

5.4 Refund Process All refund requests must be submitted through the official refund form at goodwrist.com/refund within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. Refund requests made through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, or any other channel will not be accepted or processed. The timestamp of the form submission is the official record of the refund request.

5.5 Evidence Requirements All refund requests must include:

  • Minimum 3 photographs of the issue taken at the time of reporting

  • A short video clearly showing the issue

  • The watch must be photographed alongside the original packaging and order confirmation visible in the same frame

  • Evidence submitted after the time of reporting will not be accepted

5.6 Condition of Return To qualify for a refund, the watch must be returned in the exact same condition as received. Any sign of wear, bracelet or strap adjustment, crown winding beyond initial inspection, or tampering will automatically void the refund.

5.7 Refund Amount Approved refunds cover the product price only. Original delivery fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are borne entirely by the buyer. Any damage caused to the watch during return shipping voids the refund.

5.8 Refund Timeline Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days of Good Wrist receiving and inspecting the returned watch.

5.9 Exchange Option Buyers may request an exchange for another listed piece instead of a refund. Exchange requests are subject to availability. If the exchange piece is of higher value, the buyer must pay the difference. If lower, the difference will be refunded.

5.10 Preorder Refunds Preorder purchases are non-refundable once confirmed and payment has been received, except in cases where Good Wrist is unable to fulfill the order.

6. SELLER TERMS

6.1 Eligibility Any individual or entity may submit a watch for listing on Good Wrist subject to verification and approval. Good Wrist reserves the right to reject any submission at our sole discretion.

6.2 Seller Responsibility Sellers are fully responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted including condition, authenticity, provenance, and photographs. Any misrepresentation by the seller that results in a buyer dispute, refund, or legal claim will be the sole liability of the seller. Good Wrist will seek full indemnification from the seller in such cases.

6.3 Commission Good Wrist charges a minimum commission of 15% on every completed sale. The minimum price submitted by the seller is the minimum payout the seller receives before commission. Good Wrist may adjust the final listing price based on our valuation and pricing policies. Any amount above the seller's minimum price belongs to Good Wrist in addition to the 15% commission.

6.4 Listing Duration Watches that remain unsold for more than 3 months may be removed from the platform at Good Wrist's discretion. Sellers who wish to delist a watch before 3 months must submit a delisting request by emailing hi@goodwrist.com with the product link.

6.5 Seller Withdrawal Penalty If a seller withdraws a watch after a buyer order has been confirmed, the seller will receive a formal warning. Repeat offences will result in permanent blacklisting from the Good Wrist platform.

6.6 External Sales If a seller lists a watch on Good Wrist and sells it through another channel without notifying Good Wrist, resulting in an inability to fulfill a confirmed buyer order, the seller will receive a formal warning. Repeat offences will result in permanent blacklisting from the Good Wrist platform. Good Wrist reserves the right to seek compensation for any costs incurred as a result of the seller's failure to fulfill a confirmed order.

6.7 Watch Custody Good Wrist does not hold seller watches on consignment. Sellers retain physical possession of their watch until a buyer order is confirmed. Upon order confirmation, the seller is responsible for delivering the watch to Good Wrist for verification and dispatch within the agreed timeframe.

6.8 Insurance Sellers are responsible for declaring the value of their watch and carrying appropriate insurance if required. Good Wrist is not liable for loss or damage to a seller's watch while in our custody beyond reasonable care in handling.

7. GENERAL TERMS

7.1 Pricing Disclaimer All prices on Good Wrist are subject to change without notice. Price comparisons and marketing claims are based on publicly available market information and are for reference only.

7.2 Availability Disclaimer Listing availability is not guaranteed until Good Wrist confirms dispatch. Good Wrist reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch.

7.3 Informal Communications Any representation, commitment, or agreement made through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, or any informal channel is not binding on Good Wrist. Only written confirmation through official Good Wrist channels including email and the website constitutes a binding commitment.

7.4 Force Majeure Good Wrist is not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, customs delays, courier failures, or any other force majeure event.

7.5 Modifications Good Wrist reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the responsibility of users to review these terms periodically.

7.6 Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform must be resolved through the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

7.7 Acceptance By placing an order or submitting a watch for listing on goodwrist.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
