No. Good Wrist operates fully online and does not have a physical office or showroom.

Are all watches original?

Yes. Every watch is verified for authenticity before being approved for listing.

Who authenticates the watches?

All watches are authenticated by Royal Timepieces, a family business with over 33 years of experience in watch repair and authentication.

Do you sell fake or duplicate watches?

Never. We do not sell, buy, or list replicas, duplicates, or counterfeit watches under any circumstances.

What is the price of the watch?

The price of each watch is clearly displayed on the product page.

Can I see the watch before buying?

No. We do not offer pre-purchase physical viewings. Instead, all buyers receive a 24-hour inspection period after delivery.

What is the 24-hour inspection period?

After receiving your watch, you have 24 hours to inspect it. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return and full refund within this time.

Do you provide warranty?

Warranty depends on the seller and the brand. If available, it will be clearly mentioned in the listing.

Do you ship outside Nepal?

International shipping depends on the seller and destination. Please contact support before placing an international order.

Is listing free?

Yes. Listing is free. Good Wrist charges commission only when your watch is sold.

What commission do you charge?

15% commission on completed sales. Additional markup may apply based on pricing strategy and market conditions.

Can I set my own price?

Yes. Sellers may suggest their own price, but all prices must be reviewed and approved by Good Wrist before listing.

How is pricing decided?

Pricing is based on brand, model, condition, service history, box and papers, and current market demand.

Can you value my watch from a photo?

No. We cannot provide a valuation based on a single photo. Full details and the Seller Submission Form are required.

Do you buy watches directly?

No. Good Wrist does not directly buy watches. We facilitate sales between verified sellers and buyers.

What is your refund policy?

You may request a full refund within 24 hours after delivery, provided the watch is returned in the same condition.

Are all watches pre-owned?

Most watches are pre-owned. Some may be unworn or new with box and papers. The condition is clearly stated in each listing.

How do I price my watch correctly?

Price your watch based on its brand, model, reference number, condition, service history, and whether you have the original box and papers. Check recent market prices for similar models in similar condition. Be realistic. Overpriced watches do not sell.
