Champagne gold dial with applied baton hour markers in matching gold-tone high polish & LumiBrite dots on hands & index outer edges. Applied SEIKO & 5 logos stacked below 12 o'clock. "AUTOMATIC" & "23 JEWELS" printed cleanly above 6 o'clock, marking the upgraded movement over the standard 21-jewel 7S26. Bilingual day/date window at 3 o'clock. ~35-36mm stainless steel case at 11mm thin, crown recessed at 4 o'clock. 18mm lug width. Original stainless steel bracelet. 21,600 vph, ~40 hour power reserve. Self-winding only, no manual wind or hacking.
Story of This Watch: The 7S36 was introduced around 1996 as the slightly upgraded sibling to the ubiquitous 7S26 - 23 jewels instead of 21, with the extra stones placed on the third wheel & escape wheel pivots to reduce friction.
